You can call us at 817.502.3969, or email us from our "Contact Us" page to obtain your Activation Code.


The subscription price for this app is $100/year, per tenant.  This one, low cost is all you pay regardless of how many companies or users you may happen to have in your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central tenant.


When you contact us to purchase a subscription, we'll send you an invoice for the first year.  You can click the "PayPal" link within the invoice to immediately make payment.  Alternatively, you can make payment through your preferred method (e.g. check, bank draft, etc.).  Once payment has been made, we'll send you an updated Activation Code.


On a yearly basis we'll send you a "renewal" invoice, with adequate lead-time to prevent your subscription from ever expiring.

Professional Business Software, Inc. (“PBSI”, "us", "we", or "our") offers subscriptions to 24/7 TimeTracker (“the solution”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information or Company Information we receive from users of the solution.


We use your Personal Information or your Company’s Information only for billing purposes. By using the solution, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.


Information Collection and Use


To enable our Solution, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you or your company. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to company name, address, and phone number ("Personal Information").


Log Data


We do not collect any log data.


Communications


We may use you or your company’s Personal Information to contact you regarding our solution.


Cookies


Cookies are files with small amounts of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer's hard drive.


Our solution does not make use of cookies.


Security


The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.


We prefer subscription payment to be made via check, bank transfer, or PayPal. This precludes our having to obtain credit card information.


Changes To This Privacy Policy


This Privacy Policy is effective as of (4/30/2018) and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.


We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the solution after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

End User License Agreement ("Agreement")

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, installing or using 24/7 TimeTracker ("Solution").


By clicking the "I Agree" button, installing or using the Solution, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.


If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the "I Agree" button and do not install or use the Solution.


License


Professional Business Software, Inc. (“PBSI”) grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Solution solely within one Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central tenant for either personal or commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.


Restrictions


You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:


a) license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Solution or make the Solution available to any third party.


b) Use the same Activation Code to activate the Solution in more than one Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central tenant.


Modifications to Solution


PBSI reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Solution or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.


Term and Termination


This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or PBSI.

 

PBSI may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.


This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from PBSI, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by uninstalling the Solution from your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central tenant.


Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Solution and uninstall the Solution from your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central tenant.


Severability


If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.


Amendments to this Agreement


PBSI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

24/7 TimeTracker is actually quite easy to install and use.  Please follow the following steps as shown below:

Installation and Setup

  • You can use the Page Finder (I.e. the "Magnifying Glass") in the black banner at the top right of your Dynamics 365 Business Central screen to navigate the the "Extensions" page.
  • Look for the 24/7 TimeTracker app.  When you find it, click on it to install it.
  • You'll see the following screen:

  • The installation page shows you a description of 24/7 TimeTracker, along with links to our website, and "Help".  The "Website" link essentially take you to this page within our website that you are currently visiting.  The "Help" hyperlink also lists our contact information so you can email us or call us.  This contact information will be useful to when you choose to activate the application.
  • Click on "Next" to begin the installation process.

  • From this page, you can click on the "Terms and Conditions" or "Privacy Statement" links.  Once again, these links will bring you to this page within our website that you are currently visiting.
  • When you are ready to continue with the installation process, click in the "I accept the terms and conditions" box.
  • Then click on the "Install" button in the lower right-hand corner of the screen.

24/7 TimeTracker Success Screen

  • At this point, you should see message shown above, informing you that "The 24/7 TimeTracker extension was successfully installed.", etc.
  • If you don't see this message, please contact us at 817.502.3969.
  • In order to use 24/7 TimeTracker, you'll still need an activation code.  Please call us at 817.502.3969 or contact us via email (from the link on our website's "Contact" page).  To get an activation code.  Remember, the first month is free...

Dynamics 365 Business Central Time Sheet List Screen

  • From within Business Central, navigate to the "Time Sheets" list page.  At this point, we'll assume you are comfortable doing this either through the menus or the "Page Finder".
  • Click on the Current weeks' time sheet.  When you do this, you'll open the Time Sheet Page as shown below:

  • Depending on how your Project Management module is configured, your screen may look a bit different, but you'll basically start a time sheet line by filling in the "Type" field, Description field, and sub-fields associated with the description.
  • Once you've done this, you are ready to use 24/7 TimeTracker to start tracking your time.
  • To start tracking your time, click on the 24/7 TimeTracker action (shown in the Action Ribbon).
  • The first time you ever do this, you will be prompted to enter an "activation code".  This will be the code we send you after you've contacted us (as explained above).  Once you've done this, you will presented with the following screen:

  • At any time, you can enter time and date information into the "Most Recent Time Started" and "Most Recent Time Entered" fields, however the easiest way to track your time is by using the Actions in the Action Ribbon.
  • When you are ready to start timing, click on the "Start Timing" action.  You can then close this page and continue on with your job duties.
  • When you are finished, re-open this page and click on "Stop Timing".
  • If for some reason you decide not to add this elapsed time to your time sheet, you can simply click on the "Clear Entries" action.
  • If your company has a policy of charging in 15-minute increments, you can use the "Round Down to Nearest 15 Minutes" or "Round Up to Nearest 15 Minutes" actions.
  • Finally when you are done, you can click on "Add Time Elapsed to Time Sheet Detail" to add the elapsed time to your time sheet.
